At any time of the year and for whatever reason people need to be away from home, the question arises of where the best place is to leave their pets.

We at Home & Petcare Services believe that the best place to leave them is at home. It is traumatic for pets when their owners are away. So, why not reduce this trauma by having us care for the pets in their own familiar environment.

We will visit homes once, twice or even thrice daily to feed pets and to make sure that their every need is met. If need be, we will administer medication, and should they become ill we will transport them to whichever Veterinary Clinic they are registered at immediately. We believe that this service contributes to reducing the rate of abandoned pets and also reduces the number of pets wandering astray while people are away. Another advantage is that the pets are kept on their regular diets.

A concern that is usually expressed is, "what about the home?" Well, we take care of that as well. Good security is vital and we compliment any existing system by switching lights on and off and opening and closing curtains and in so doing create the impression that there is movement on the property and in the home.

In addition to this we water plants, collect any mail from the residence and or a post box, take out the garbage, maintain the swimming pool and supervise staff if required.

Also, what do people do with the aquarium, Guinea Pigs, aviary, rabbits, hamsters, monkeys and not to mention the pet Rattlesnake? We provide an ideal service for people who have exotic or uncommon pets that require specialised treatment and cannot be accommodated anywhere else.
